Shipping & Returns

  1. We promise to dispatch at least part of your stationery order to you within five working days by first class post or air mail. If we don't, we will supply your labels at half price. For all other products delivery will be made between 7 - 10 days by royal mail, or where impractical, a 24 hour carrier will be used.
  2. We promise to print your labels as per your instructions whenever the instructions are clear and practical to follow.
    If we don't, we will reprint free of charge.
  3. We promise that if you make a mistake on the printing instructions on your order, we will reprint the labels at 70% of the original label cost. In this case, we have to agree that there was a mistake on the order, and that a customer is not simply attempting to get similar labels at a lesser price. This offer is open only for orders of up to £100.00.
  4. We promise to respond to any complaints fairly and effectively. Any complaints will be dealt with immediately, and we will endeavour to solve any complaints within 5 working days.

  5. We promise not to send unsolicited e-mail, or to pass your details on to third parties. If you would like to be placed onto, or removed from our newsletter list, please click here to email us with your details. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
    • We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
      • to process your order and second,
      • to provide you with the best possible service.
    • We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
    • We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
    • The type of information we will collect about you includes:

      Your name
      Address
      Phone number
      E-mail address
      Credit/Debit card details
    • We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
  6. Online payments are facilitated securely by Sage Pay.
  7. You will be charged the amount clearly shown on the web site.
  8. Cancellation. As we offer a fast service, and all labels are created specially for the customer, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed. If we have not started printing, we can cancel the order. In this case, there will be a 12% charge to cover administration and credit card costs.
  9. Statutory Rights. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
    • Working Days
    • Our working days are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday,
    • with 7 - 10 days of holiday over Christmas,
    • and 5 - 7 days over Easter.
    • Orders received after 12 noon will be regarded as having been received the next working day.
    These working days are open to change, but we will always attempt to show on this page any foreseeable changes in working days within one week.
